Stone age flint tool shows symbolic hominin face profiles

Yes, you guessed it, another prehistoric flint tool find from my site. This one has a few hominin face profiles, nothing unusual about that, but check out the shadow in the last picture. Another hominid like face profile can be seen, unintentionally captured in the photo. Whether the flint artist created this shadow image on purpose is unclear.

Standing Flint Tool Hominin Face Sculptures

Two more worked flint artifacts from my site, both showing numerous face profiles. Both stand upright unaided. Many ape like head profiles can be seen and some possible Sapiens Sapiens faces. 

As I have pointed out before the faces in these materials are often stacked one over the other, the brow ridge of one, becoming the nose of another, the nostrils of one becoming the eyes of the lower description etc, I have recognized this as a common feature in Portable rock art, or prehistoric graphic visualization tools.

Above: This flint blade tool has many face profiles, probably sub human or ape, although there is one possible human likeness, a subtle elephant head likeness can also be seen. 

Above: Stills of the flint cutting tool, I discovered back in 2012 that the artifacts were often double sided, so the creature displayed could be portrayed as traveling either one direction or the other. You may notice a suspected fossil sea shell seen in the 'eye' feature of the upper still image. A hand holding a rock, thumb facing left, forefinger downwards, is also visible, another common motif which I discovered.

Another free standing flint sculpture, however this one is not a cutting tool, besides the ape images it is possible to see a feline face likeness and a possible human face description.

There is a lot to see and take in here, so i have included some stills to make viewing more easy.

(above) The front of an elephant looking right., A possible bison shares the same eye as the elephant.

(above) a human face profile looks skywards a hominid face looks right.

All images from the same stone as the previous post, yes the stone has more too!, here we see a gorilla walking to the left.

 Very complex and vague imagery can be seen here, a good front half of a bear is traveling right, another elephant half can be seen facing right as well, i suspect a bison and maybe another lion, i cant seem to bend my mind enough to see them yet. Another elephant head can be seen looking left with trunk curled upwards. 

Same gorilla head different body pose, and the head of a feline? looking right.

Crouching Hominin Hidden Elephant!

This flint artifact was found on my usual hunting ground. This animation shows an almost full artistic impression of a hominin. As always many common glyphs can be extracted from this paleolithic artwork, including the ubiquitous elephant head icon. More neanderthal images can be seen at my website.

Suspected Hominin and Neanderthal face sculpture.

These two prehistoric flint artifacts were found in very close proximity, both have other recognized paleolithic symbolic and iconographic images in them.
